What kind of help are you looking for?

One thing I'd suggest is picking up Omlevex. It's a silver age setting, and while it is primarily for M&M it has Hero stats for all the characters (written by our own Ben and Darren, if I'm remembering right). I like the concept, which included writing the history of the comic book company that put out that published the world, including "real" world events that influenced the characters. There's also a section on playing Silver Age style games.
Beyond that, I have to agree with the others: what specific help do you need?
Well I do have Omlevex and it has helped me with the Silver Age flavor, but I need help with the background, history and layout of Centennial City.
Good. Any campaign can be improved by dropping Man Cactus into it.
Well, any superhero campaign, anyway.
Do you have any notes on the history and such? Just to give us a starting point. Some specific game elements you might consider developing:
The Next Generation: The Silver Age had a number of heroes (including the Flash and Green Lantern) who were similar to a Golden Age counterpart but different people. Characters that were still the same (including Superman and Batman) were still changed in various ways from what they were previously.
Aliens: You couldn't swing a comatose Gropnik without hitting an alien invader of some sort. Even with no actual invader in the room, you might get a friendly.
Physics? What's that?: The laws of nature were much more commonly ignored than they are in modern books. Not that it's a lot different later on, but the pseudoscience tended to be much less well researched.
Family of Explorers: Groups of good friends stick their noses into strange situations. Frequently, a scientist, a brawler, a girl, and a kid. Most famous such group is the Fantastic Four.
Misfits Of Science: This is the era that gave us the X-Men and the Doom Patrol as well as the FF.
Consistency and Continuity Optional: The insistence on these concepts was not as prevalent back then, though they still happened.
