Looking at Freon in the Viper book, he has pyrophobia, do you think he would take an job where there is a high probability that a 'firey' hero will show since he is in the same city. Do you think he could be talked into it by Viper playing the, he can't handle your powers, you strike first...theory?

Second, how many Viper agents are a somewhat balanced fight for a team of 3 350 pt heroes. One brick, two energy projectors. The Viper book was kinda vague as to the makeup of a normal assault squad.

Freon will probably go along on the mission, but may bolt if the hero actually shows up, or any time the hero hits him or a nearby agent.

Back in the days of 200 pt agents, a team of 5 VIPER agents would give those three heroes a good fight (particularly if they co-ordinated well and covered each other).
