There's a player that would like to create a dragon. Only problem is .. this dragon is 750 feet long. Is there a ruling or a way where you can make a characters "normal" size something other than normal or do you just have to suck it up and by skads of Growth and Density increase?

Use the rules in the HERO System Bestiary or Star Hero for creating larger-than-normal characters.
