Throwing Someone and Holding On Follow-Up

Okay, a few threa ago you said:

"Target Falls" indicates a Throw element, so no, the character doesn't retain his hold on the person. That would be one of the special effects of a Grab-and-Squeeze, as described on 5E 256.

I just want to know if there was some error in the write-up of the "Slam" maneuver, then. It has both the "Target Falls" and the "Grab 2 Limbs" in the its write-up (see under "Brick Tricks" in UMA p.64 or TUB p.31). If you will not be holding onto him at the end of the maneuver, why have the "Grab 2 Limbs" element?

Could it be that the maneuver should have been "Must Follow Grab"? That might make more sense, maybe.

(I started another thread on the Hero Games board titled Hey! I'm Still Holding On! if you want to answer there instead.)

There's no error. Some Throws involving Grabbing, some don't. Think of "Target Falls" as "target must be Thrown after being Grabbed," if you prefer.
