I am pretty sure that is off of Flood. There was a great tiny toons video of that when it came out.

but the song is "Particle Man" and it's on the "Flood" album, 1990 [Elektra].

It's also on the greatest hits album "Severe Tire Damage"

Just throwing out some facts. Triangle Man beats Person Man too...
