Re: Throwing and TK
1. The Throw performed immediately after a Grab (i.e., in the same Phase when the Grab is performed) is a standard Throw — the character can slam his opponent to the ground in an adjacent hex, toss him for the maximum distance his STR allows for per the Throwing Table, or anything in between. See 5E 256 for the time required.
2. If a character uses Telekinesis to Grab and Move someone, that’s an Attack Action and thus ends his Phase. If he wants to try to hit another character with whatever (or whoever) he’s moving, he has to wait until his next Phase, same as with Grabbing and Throwing someone — a character’s not allowed to convert the “free” action he gets with a Grab into a second attack against a third party. Whether the moved character suffers a CV penalty (or other penalty) is up to the GM. Whether the character with Telekinesis has to make an Attack Roll to properly “place” an object he’s moving is up to the GM.
