Usable by Others and Aid

If Aid is bought Usable by Others and someone other than the person uses this Aid, do the effects of the Aid end if Line of Sight is broken from the person who paid for the power?

Example:
Bob has 1d6 Aid END Usable by Others. Jim uses Bob's power to increase his END and then leaves Bob's LOS. Does Jim still have the extra END?

What is this, some sort of evil squirrel plot??!?!?

The effects of the Adjustment Power remain in effect as they would normally, but the recipient of the power loses the ability to use it further. The GM can, of course, change this if he feels it would be abusive, violate common or dramatic sense, or the like.
