    CKC question: Anubis and Morningstar

I hope this is the right place for this.

First, Anubis (CKC pg. 118) has a Penetrating NND attack, his 'Curse of Scorpions'. Is this legal, and if so, how does it work? I thought that if you had the defense for a NND attack, you didn't take any damage.

Second, with Morningstar's (CKC pg. 182) Brick Tricks: +1/2 Variable Advantage for STR, when I roll against his Power: Brick Tricks skill, do I roll based on the cost for the Variable Advantage (50 points) or the cost for the advantage he actually uses, which would usually be 25 points?

    1. That's an errata; I just haven't had time to post it yet.

    2. On the total Active Points of the power involved -- 50.
