No, it's not. Since the current production schedule is so tight, we had to skip the regular playtesting process in order to get the book printed on time.

There was only about a week between when I got the VB manuscript from Andy, and when we sent it off to the printer. So unfortunately there wasn't time for a playtest period. The next book we'll release for playtest is probably Hudson City -- there should be plenty of time for it.
