    Paper Miniatures

I was hoping some one could point me to some paper minis online.

A friend of mine has some cool Batman Superman paper minis based on the cartoon series of late but no luck finding them.

I have seen the sparks and the RPG net minis and they are great I was looking for more Supers and Sci Fi minis for my upcoming Space game.

    Thanks for any help

Well the Animated series ones can be found here: http://www.sysabend.org/champions/sp...ardHeroes.html
There are also several other sets at the same location. Those are the only ones I know of.

Take a look at http://home.earthlink.net/~cknason/supers.html . It's a good site about making your own paper minis using heromachine. It also has a bunch of pre-made ones, ready to print. It's superhero oriented, but the procedure could be used for other genres.

    Thumbs up Sparks paper minis

the guy at Cumberland Games does some great work. his mini's are built as fonts, so they are scaleable w/o losing quality at small or large sizes!

after checking out the freebies, and then filling up my cart with a bunch of cool stuff, I just sucked it up and ordered his entire collection on one CD:

    the whole collection kicks boo-tay.

(editing this just to put a sheepish note saying... I skimmed right over the part where you said you HAD SEEN SPARKS. sorry. I just like them.)

You can find some decent looking paper minis for sale at www.microtactix.com . Actually, these aren't minis so much as PDF files that you have to print onto your own cardstock, but I think the limitless copies more than outweighs the extra work. Most sets run less than $10, but some of the scenery files run as high as $25 or so....

Could we get an exhausted list of links for paper minis, paper modeling and paper terrain?

    Re: Paper Miniatures

There are a few sheets of minis, that I've put together, here on Zornwil's site. The art used has been collected from around the Web, credit to Storn Cook, Denis Loubet, and many, many others. All I did was put the pics on a template.

One of these days I'll put together more sets and see if Zorn will post them for me.

Y'know, I leafed through a couple of these catalogs, and there's oodles of sets for fantasy and moderns - pulp, supers, and even Victorian - and medievals; but there's not much for WW2, especially vehicles! Is there anyone out there who's done paper for a few WW2 tanks and planes to 28mm scale?

Hmnn. Now that you mention it...

I've got a lot of depression era civvy vehicles from WWW.papermodel.de. (Edit: Which site seems to be for sale )

In my collection are two "tanks," a Victorian "steampunk" and a "Generic Fantasy" one, which doesn't mean a cross between WH &Wh40K. It is truly generic: A turret on a tracked body.

I have a Spad Belga, which looks to be a WWI biplane. But biplanes faught into the early years of WWII, so...

The only other plane I have is a Corsair. There is no info whatsoever on the jpg, so I can assume it is in public domain.

I have some pulp nazies (Sort of a weird marching band Afrika Korps uniform).

It never occured to me to need WWII figures. What I did when I needed WWII troops or Veh was go down to my FL Hobby store. They have hundreds of 1/72 scale vehicles and troops in the modeling section.

PS: Yes, the plastic models have been distroyed over the years, but they were fun while they lasted. No idea what they are going for now.

PPS: Haven't the slightest idea what this page says, but the test I ran downloaded a duplicate of my file:

Any idea where to buy a decent hex map to go with these? Looked at my local game and comics stores and they got bupkis.
