    My first request

Would it be possible when selecting a limitation (like 'limited power' or 'conditional power') to do a pop-up where the exact nature of the limitation can be defined. I know this can be done in the notes section, it would just make formating earier for me)...

    Thanks Dan

I think the easiest thing to do here is rename it. You don't usually see "Conditional Power: Only Works In Darkness" in published write-ups. Instead, you just see "Only Works In Darkness." When you add a Limited Power Limitation to a Power, just click on the Limited Power text and rename it to your description. (Or am I misunderstanding what you're after?)
