Still Waiting for (partial) Online Order!

I guess I am addressing this to the powers that be.

I was just wondering about an online order I placed (I believe) nearly a year ago. This was back when DoJ had just purchased Hero Games and were offering a Champions:NM Bundle.

Well, I did receive Bay City and Allies rather timely, but I have never received the Champions:NM rulebook (2nd ed.). There was a note within the package that said there were some problems getting the book from the warehouse, but it would be sent along asap.

I guess what I'm wondering is if it is now conclusive that I cannot get this book . If so what should I do concerning payment for said book?
