    Stargate Hero. What Should I Do Next?

    Hi,

    Carrying on from my thread here;

    I am trying to decide what to work on next, at the moment I'm trying to do bits of everything as there is so much I want to convert, that I'm not getting any one thing finished.

    Therefore I would be interested in what people would like to see next.

    Class Package Deals
    Racial Package Deals
    Powers (Goa'uld, Asgard, etc)
    Super Skils (similar to the DC thread)
    Equipment, Weapons, Gear etc
    NPC's
    Ships, bases, etc
    Other

    I'd be interested to see what you do with weapons and gear, particularly the alien weapons and the specialized gear the SGC uses. Ships and bases are always good too.

    I set the options on the poll so that people could vote for multiple times. It makes the items check boxes rather then a radio button.

    I figured that people would have 2 or 3 things that they would most like to see.

    Maybe this is me being an ameteur, but I'm kinda curious how someone would do the zat gun in Hero rules.

    I wouldn't say that is an ameteurish suggestion.

    I for one am looking forward to trying this one, as at the moment I haven't got a clue hot to do it.

    If you search the forums you will see other builds for this already out there. I'm aware that they're there but I'm trying not to read them at the moment as I'd like to try this myself, I think it will be an interesting mechanic to try.

    Although Doc has got the idea of replicators in my head, I may have to work on that as well

    the zat gun is another of those absolute powers that HERO isn't really designed to accommodate. I mean, two shots and you're dead? Is there supposed to be a time limit between the two sdhots?

    Personally I'd make the guns work by making everyone take a physical limitation that takes STUN twice from a zat gun within a certain period of time will result in death....

    I would make the gun a simple 1D6 AVLD to represent an attack. If someone has a defence such as Anubis' supersoldiers then there isrobably a need for more than two attacks
