Multiform

Under Multiform, there is a checkbox option Costs End (Only To Change) with 2 options in a pulldown list: Only To Change and To Stay In Form. The problem is the Costs End label still has the (Only To Change) in it, making the final output either:
Costs END (Only To Change) (To Stay In Form; -1)
or
Costs END (Only To Change) (Only To Change; -1/2)

Oops. I'll correct that in the next update. In the meantime, just delete the "(Only To Change)" text in the description.
