    Situational stats

So, Tancred was right. It's a pretty darn slick piece of software, so I had to pick it up. $40 well spent, I suspect. But now I have a question...

(I did not find this in the docs, but if I just missed it I'd appreciate if someone would point out the page).

I'm creating a character with "situational stats" -- f'rinstance, normally he has a STR of 18, but if he makes a skill roll he can kick it up to 48. I thought I had it figured out -- Power | Characteristics | STR +30 Requires Skill Roll. However, when I go to print it out, the character sheet lists his STR as 48. I'd much rather it show STR 18/48 (or something similar). Is there a way to do this? Am I doing something wrong?

    Thanks!

    Bill.

When you're creating/editing the STR Power, simply select "Add to Secondary Total" under the "Totaling Options" drop down.

I actually found the answer myself like 2 minutes after I posted. Page 23 in the doc. Thanks, Simon!

Ha, ha, ha!!!! I TOLD you you would get hooked!!! Muwahahahah!!!

In the dialog box for the characteristic power, there is a box labelled Totalling Options. It defaults to Add to Primary Value.

Select Add to Secondary Value or Do not add to Totals, to give you what you're looking for.

Edit: Man, you're both too fast for this slow goblin.
