Possible bug... dealing with MPs and/or compound powers
I have observed this behavior a few times using the most recent build (2.41)..
If I have a compound power that is in a multipower, and then I cut one of the components out of the compound power, pasting it outside of the framework, it still seems to think that it is part of the MP.
It shows fine until you edit the pasted power (and then displays as a MP slot), resort (in which case it gets sorted into the multipower), or quit/save, and then reopen the file (in which case it is sorted back into the MP).
I have attached a character file in which this has happened, as well as the trace.
This only seems to be a problem with compound power components.
Thanks, Dan!
