Update 1.18b

OK...I finally tracked down the problem that some folks were having loading characters under 1.18: it seems that one of the files that was supposed to have been updated did not make it into the jar file.

I've posted a revised jar file to the Free Stuff page. The version number isn't increasing as there really hasn't been any change to the code.....I'm tacking a "b" onto the end of the version to signify that this is a modified jar file, however.

Please let me know if this fixes the problem (for those of you who were having difficulties)

Dan, I am going to the update site but it still says 1.16. I am running 1.17 , did the address of the update site change?
