<b>Background</b>: Mei Li Thurman is said to be the daughter of a Dragon. She will neither confirm nor deny the claim. She is a dedicated and cultured heroine in San Fransisco. She is very friendly with the local PRIMUS Silver Avenger, Leon Carter.
<b>Motivation</b>: A chinese knight, Mei Li seeks to aid those who cannot protect themselves. She believes in good people, good friends, and good times. She is a restrained and polite party animal.

<b>Tactics</b>: Martial artist with superhuman physical stats. Against normals she tends towards grappling or Nerve strikes to keep them from too much harm. If they prove rough and tumble she'll start smacking them around a little. She prefers to legsweep superstrong opponents and then smack them. Against ranged foes and mentalists, she moves in as quickly as possible, hoping her innate toughness and missile deflection will be enough.
<b>Campaign</b>: A supernatural martial artist in San Fransisco. Go figure. Anyway, to make her stronger add more dragon powers. To make her less powerful lower her phyiscal attributes to legendary ranges.

Mei Li's Costume greatly resembles that of Chun Li's first outfut in the Streetfighter series. It consists of a rose colored silk top with billowing shoulders and intricate golden designs. She wears sheer tights underneath and rose colored shoes. Her hair is worn long in a single braid.
