Everyone has a right to their opinion...all I ask is a little courtesy. I am by no means STUPID, and I love the Star Wars movies...and at least I can spell the word PEOPLE.

I have a life, I have children...and grandchildren. I am an Assistant Manager for a retail giant (Wal*Mart). I have been in the gaming hobby for over 30 years now. I have a few design & playtesting credits (granted...quite a few years ago).

I find it very disrespectful that I would be referred to as STUPID because I love the Star Wars films.

I'm having trouble parsing the sentence(s?) grammatically. Using initial caps for each word, and a general lack of punctuation make several different meanings possible.

For example, if we put in rudimentary punctuation here:

I Hate Stupid Star Wars So! The Peaple That Do, Get A Life. The Movies Are So Stupid!!!

This reveals the writer's inner pain, of hating Star Wars, but realizing that the people who do (hate Star Wars) need to get a life. Again, with the closing, we are presented with more of the inner confict.

Obviously, the best way for this person to exorcise his or her inner demons is to watch a full marathon of all official Star Wars movies (though one wonders if the cure would be best following release schedules or episode numbers), and perhaps those cute Ewok live adventures movies. If that doesn't break him or her of their inner pain at not getting "it" with the series, then maybe we'll just have to break out the big guns, and show off the Bea Arthur big musical number in the Cantina.

Perhaps, it really means:

Which seems to imply that the movies should not be used in lieu of fertilzer or water for a peaple (I believe it's a type of fig tree native to India, though it's usually spelled pipal or peepul). Miracle Grow may be okay, but some gardeners feel that's cheating.

A little HG TV or the Victory Garden should be all that's needed to put this person on the right track with their seedlings.

An interesting interpretation. The original triology was definitaly about the Rebellion's attempts to free people from an oppressive government. The Imperials for the most part wore masks that covered up their face, while the Rebels did not, showing the fight of the individual against the faceless masses.

The Imperials were also known for slaughtering entire planets, so the Rebels were definintaly for getting (or giving) lives.

The points about spelling and punctuation are quite salient and well-posited, I think. To criticize some person or people for stupidity with poor spelling and nonexistent punctuation is like calling someone "a foul-mouthed a**hole" or declaring that "people who think they can pass judgement can just go to hell" (both of which I've actually heard/read from people who really meant it).
