OK...new update ready for download. Vanguard found a rather odd problem which would cause the app to crash out with a stack overflow error when Charges and Custom Modifier were placed on the same Power.

This update fixes that issue. Since this is the only issue addressed in the update, I'm not incrementing the version number. So...this is update 1.39b
