SAS is d20 (sort of); that may have what you need to do what you want.

Now that's if you're doing d20 supers, of course. I would think that if you're d20 was Heroic that it would most likely fall apart a bit, but I can't say for sure; I haven't seen it.

Quick aside, "When realities collide" has stats for HERO and Tri-Stat d10. A quick perusal of my copy shows me a bunch of stuff that probably will not look familiar to a d20 player.
