How to Ka-Girl your friends (and foes)

I've recently been reading up on the webcomic The Wotch, which is a bit odd but fun. Anyone, there is one particular trick pulled by Anne that I wanted to clairfy.

Anne, who has magical powers of near-infinitie variety, also has a couple of male friends, one of whom can get very annoying. Under numerous circunmstances, some too silly to describe, she switches their gender while making other changes (like hair color and style). This is known as being Ka-Girled. She can reverse the process at will.

Anne has some other neat transofrm-others tricks. One of her favorites is turning her older brother Ed into her little sister Lilly (he actually enjoys relaxing as a four-yhear-old and spends a lot of his time that way). She can also turn herself into a catgirl, split herself into a lot of duplicates 9each with a part of her personality) and has permanently transformed one of her teachers into a Chinese exchange student and doesn't even know it.

Hmmmm... that music in their Flash intro appears to have come from a Super Nintendo roleplaying game, though it seems altered. Not sure which... I've played dozens. I think maybe Tales of Phantasia.

Hmmmm... that music in their Flash intro appears to have come from a Super Nintendo roleplaying game, though it seems altered. Not sure which... I've played dozens. I think maybe Tales of Phantasia.

The creators of The Wotch are apparently huge Nintendo and GameCube fans. And the cast are GameCube players (as opposed to PS2 ro Xbox players) and occasionally springkle Nintendo references into their conversation. Anne thinks the adult form of Link is really hot.

One of the characters, Jason, is "Ka-Girled" quite frequently, and it's started to affect his personaility. Before meeting Anne he was a comics geek with a fetish for readheaded babes. Now he frequently is a redheaded babe. And wehn he is one, he frequently becomes an outrageous flirt. This has had consequences, particularly with the guy who has a massive crush on Jason's "sister" "Sonja".

Ka-Girling someone is so little effort for Anne that she frequently does it out of annoyance. One of the more notorious examples is when she p[ermamently transformed four buff football players into cheerleaders who had no memory of ever being guys as punishment for bullying a girl who was goinbg to go out for the wrestling team.

I think it's pretty obvious that her transform spell is a triple Body/Mind/Soul transform--and she doesn't actually know that. Or have the ability to completely supress the Mind/Soul side.

In any case, it's a huge power. Something like 3 linked 6d6 transforms, no END (it so far has effected everyone in one shot effortlessly). With AoE selective. So, approximately 270 (!) active points for each of 3 transforms. From what I can see, she has gestures and incantations, but no other obvious limitations--she *can't* have RSR, because she isn't highly skill yet and the penalty on that spell would be what, -80?
