There's already a thread for this here.

Interesting. Back when this was first posted I set myself up on the system and entered my data. I was number 27 at the time. I just went back to the sight and discovered that I have vanished from the map. Does it expire after a time?
Still playing/running 5ER in Oklahoma City.
Not sure Edsel. That might be the case. The guys that made the site are pretty responsive to questions I've noticed, write to them and ask.
It looks like Steve made the thread with the map I made sticky. If there is already a Hero players map we could ask Steve to switch which one is sticky.

This is a pretty good idea. I'm continually pleased and surprised at how resourceful HERO players are.

I think that something odd is going on. When I visited the site earlier there were 98 members. When I visited the link at the top of this thread there were only 20.
I have now realized that there are two different groups operating. One goes by the name Hero Game Players currently with 20 members and the other goes by the name Herophiles United currently with 108 members.
For all I know there may be a third, or more, that I don't know about. There is no alphabetical search (that I can find) so it is hard to hunt for others.

Follow the link in post #2. There has been a Frappr map for months.

Took a minute to update my original post to point to Labrat's original Frappr map instead of the new one I had created since there were more folks signed up in his.

Er, you can sort by either join date, name (Thia Halmades is near the bottom) or ... some other thingy, I'm not looking at it right now, but it's at the top of the people who are members section.
LCpt. Thia Halmades, Designer: HERO: Combat Evolved
Holy Ice Cream Cone Of Smiting: HA +10d6, Penetrating (+1/2) (75 Active Points); OIF (returns to the mighty hands of Thia Halmades if taken away; -1/2), Hand-To-Hand Attack (-1/2) (total cost: 37 points) plus HA +6d6 (30 Active Points); OIF (-1/2), Hand-To-Hand Attack (-1/2), Only Versus The Avowed Enemies Of Thia Halmades (-1) (total cost: 10 points). Total cost: 47 points. Created by Steven S. Long - Thanks Steve!
The count is at 167.
Nifty.

Wow! Last I checked we were stuck on 91! Wha' happened???
Awesome. Who got the 100th spot? I don't have the time (read: too lazy) to try to figure it out now.

I think the big difference in the number of folks is having this thread sticky Labrat. A lot of folks come into the Player Finder thread looking for other people to play with. As they do, their adding themselves. Also, I updated the other threads I had started in the various Genre discussions to also point out your Map. Hopefully we'll be getting more and more people populating the map over time.

Interesting. I decided to zoom in on my location using the sattelite view. Its close, but not quite. It has me in an Arab village on the outskirts of Ramallah. If you single click on the "right arrow" from there you will see a place with reddish roofs. That's where I live.
