    Prefab Validation

One thing which would be cool is a Prefab validation; something which compares a loaded character sheet against 1 or more loaded prefabs and hilites discrepencies. That way a GM could share a prefab which contains campaign constructs and the players could submit their sheets, the GM being able to quickly make sure everything is in line.

That goes against the concept of Prefabs. While prefabs can be used to list "partial character constructs" they're intended to be simply lists of preconstructed abilities....options that you can select.

The easiest way to get what you're looking for (assuming I understand you correctly) is to simply create partial characters and give them to each of the players to use as their "starting point" in creating their character.
