Black Canary can easily forego her "Canary Cry" and just kick ***. As a matter of fact, she usually does.
Early Silver Age Wonder Woman spent a few years as the depowered martial arts student of a Chinese master named (with comic book logic) I Ching. Thanks to Hypertime, I must accept that those horrible stories, in some universe, did actually happen.

Okay everyone let's get our picks in. Using a sliding vote scale (1st place =10 pts, 2nd =9, etc.) Lady Shiva is narrowly ahead of Richard Dragon despite placing first once to his perfect score, however, she was on the one ballot he was not and therefore has some extra points. Suprise? The Top ten are:

    1 Lady Shiva (54pts)
    2 Richard Dragon (50 pts)
    3 Batman (49 pts)
    4 Batgirl (Cassandra) (41)
    5 Black Canary (40)
    6 Bronze Tiger (36)
    7 Conner Hawke (34)
    8 Nightwing (32)
    9 Wildcat (21)
    10 Mr. Terrific II (20)

of course this also depends heavily on whether Blue's vote for "Batgirl" is Barbara Gordon or Cassandra Cain.

Let's get some more ballots in. I'm having fun.

Oh and don't think a similar Marvel Ballot won't be forthcoming. Cause it will.

Danny Rand. I'll get my vote in early.
You know how you play with a cat by dangling a peice of sting within his grasp, and then pull it away as he grabs for it? If the string isn't exciting and tempting the cat won't grab. But if you pull away early too many times and deny him too often, the cat gives up in frustration. The skill is in finding the sweet spot between those extremes where its fun for you and the cat.

    That's what a GM's job is.

I waited for the trade paperback. GLA all day!

As was shown in Plastic Man, Ra's al Ghul's position on the list depends on whether his shirt is on or not. Is Hush superpowered? Anyone else remember the Wizened Sage from Flash immediately post-Legends? Is Nemesis still dead? No props for Katana? What about Artemis?

If this is toyless, powerless, emotionless fighting the Hawks have to go and Nightwing climbs higher. Dick has never been able to cut loose on his big brother Bats. Dinah, before Crisis in satellite era JLA, used to spar with Batman and win often. If I'm writing the book, Dick or Dinah is probably gonna win. That said:

    1) Lady Shiva Woosan
    2) Richard Dragon (back in the day or with Something To Fight For, he's #1)
    3) Batgirl/Cassandra
    4) Black Canary
    5) Nightwing
    6) Connor Hawke
    7) Batman
    8) Catman
    9) Wildcat
    10) Bronze Tiger

I based my vote on what little I know of the current batgirl. I didn't mention the original batgirl because while she's probably a great martial artist still, she's probably not quite as good in a wheel chair. (Still kick my booty though)

Oh, and it looks like I killed Richard Dragon's rating by not including him. But I've *never* seen him in a comic.

I noticed that Connor is on every list but his Old man Ollie Queen is missing and If I remember correctly he studied with the same monks that Connor did in one of search for self quests... Reasons why????

Thanks for the ballot Black Omega, but alas Wonder Woman is verboten. You can adjust if you like or keep her as a "rebellion vote"

Because Connor Hawke is one of the greatest martial artists in the world and Ollie is a half-trained street fighter without his bow?
