I haven't seen one in 5th Ed. yet but there is one in the Dark Champions supplement Eye For An Eye that I have converted over. I can send it to you if you'd like.

They put all the 4th Ed Dark Champions stuff (at least all the nice chewy bits like the Soldier packages) into the 5th Ed Dark Champions.
