Recovery, 5e, p.285 (italics mine): "Characters may Recover STUN and END lost due to injuries, using one's Powers, being attacked with a Drain, or any other cause."
Does this mean that STUN or END Drain or Suppress Powers are Recovered from normally?

No, the recovery time is based on the rules for those Powers.
