I like the Everchanging Book of Names, a shareware app that generates names based on algorithms it derives from lists. You can either use someone's pregenerated name algorithms, or make a list of names you like and have it make a name algorithm for you. I liked it enough, I thought it was worth the registration for the full version.
EDIT - Sorry, you wanted a website. Well, there's this one, and this one's got all kinds of random generator goodies.
