I used to do a lot of dieslinging back in the college years both in front of and behind the screen. Mostly AD&D or boardgames like Star Fleet Battles, Titan, and the like. I discovered HERO a while back and bought a few books but have never played it. I'd very much like to correct that deficiency. If any local groups would like to have a new player or someone to assist with running the game please let me know. Thanks!

Just north of Anniston, right? Unfortunately I live in Calera about 20 minutes south of Hoover so Jacksonville is right around 2 hours from me. While I really want to get into a regular game, four hours round trip drive time is a bit much for me. Thanks though. BTW, the wife and I are talking about getting to DragonCon for the first time in about 10 years. Looking forward to possibly catching a game or two there and spending way too much money in the dealers room.
