I know at least one guy from Pixar* (strangely enough, he's a New Zealander too. Why didn't the guidance counsellor at High Scool tell me about this stuff?) and I'd say the guys at Weta have a better job.

Yes, it must be stressed in 3D animation the hours and hours of very boring fiddling that happens between "cool concept" and "actual finished animation"
