I'm not sure. Windows Firewall is turned off, I have it set to port 6774, which the router has forwarded. The port is the problem. It defaults to another port number. I just switched it to 6774, which is the same one OpenRPG uses. That way I didn't have to change the settings on the router level. Try that.

Ok Starwolf, I just loaded the 1.2b32 version up. Try that with Vista instead.

And that puts me back where I started... I can't download the dang thing from their website or openforge...

I am, but Vista is being retarded on Starwolf's machine. We will prevail. I've hosted the Zip file that matches the Web Start version. We'll see if that works. 1.2.b32 btw.

No problem. I'm sure everything will work out. Weekends are actually my busiest times at work. We always have OpenRPG to fall back on if all else fails.

Okay. Now we have a successful test of 1.2.b32. That will be the version we play with. I will post my IP address via PM next week before the game. We can give it a shot then to see if everybody can connect.

Until then, I suggest you play around with the program and get used to some of the features.
