As an FYI you can google just about any core rules 3e spell and add Killershrike to the search criteria.

I forgot to mention, the Rope Trick Spell was hard to do as a 2nd level effect, and it requires a little hand waving to allow the "Gate" to the Rope Trick dimension to be closed by pulling the rope up, and later reopened to leave the Rope Trick dimension.
I did this via the "Fuel" option on the Continuing Charge. The Gate of the XDM can be open for a full minute. If this time is exceeded, the Spell ends and everyone is ejected, so it can't be (ab)used as a fire base or murder hole for very long.
This is "good enough" for me, but other GM's might differ on the details.
