There seems to be a strong feeling that Captain America should be done as a Hollywood comic adaptation. Who would you like to see in the role? For me there is no question that the one man who is perfect for the part is Brendan Frasier.

Matt Damon
Starwolf

Samantha Arken: Wow you have a lot of guns...
Wade McCode: Heh... Yeah, bad guys keep trying to kill us, but we keep surviving and collecting their weapons... It's a hobby
Well Caspar Van Diem looks the part, although getting him to look skinny for the pre-serum Cap may be a problem. Fraiser would aslo be an excellent choice, as he seems to thrive on the kind of offbeat roles that Cap would be, jumping all over the set of Saving Private Ryan in a blue leather leotard.
Do you think it is funny when I say, "You're in luck"?
A little off-topic, but I think it would be cool to have Dennis Quaid play the "old" Cap, passing down the mantle to whomever you guys decide should play the new one!![]()
Dennis just has that all-American square-jawed look that I think would make a great Cap.
"I firmly believe that man's finest hour - his greatest fulfillment to all he holds dear - is that moment when he has worked his heart out in a good cause and lies exhausted on the field of battle - VICTORIOUS."
- Vince Lombardi
Wizard magazine once did a Avengers casting call section which listed Howie Long (from the Radio Shack commercials) as a possible Cap. He's got the size, look, and voice to pull it off
A knight is sworn to valor. His heart knows only virtue. His blade defends the helpless. His might upholds the weak. His word speaks only truth. His WRATH undoes the wicked.
Those are great choices, Ii gotta admit I really could not think of any one.
I think Brendan Fraiser woulkd be able to pull it off better in a 40s setting, not as sure about a modern setting for him..
Can Howie Long act?
Forgetting history is a sure method for forcing your descendants to relive it.
Brad Pitt. He's youthful looking, muscular, and Mark Millar all but endorses the choice in The Ultimates.
As long as no-one says the guy from Joe Millionarre, its all good!

Danny Devito. He'd be a natural![]()
Just find whoever modeled for cap for Ultimates (it looks like they just based every major char of some hollywood actor.)
possibly Matt Damon. but hes not like Big enough to pull off cap. he should be more well more, broader shoulders more muscle bound etc.
For once I agree with Zootsoot
Brendan Fraser!!!!!
"That was good, Daddy"
I'm thinking a relative unknown might be best. If they can find the right guy.

What can I say? I really liked the bald Captain America from the Universe X series.

"The things I'm gonna do for my country" ruins the image for me of Vin as Cap.
