Not fatal but ...

I've just installed Hero Designer 1.19b on a Windows XP machine and while the program itself works fine after using it for a while it refuses to close. The only way I can close it is to kill the process.

Like I said, not fatal, but I'm sure it's not designed to do that

Sounds like the opposite of fatal.....HD is nigh-invulnerable ;-)

Seriously, I'm not sure what would be causing that....are there any errors in the trace.log file?

Do you get the same behavior no matter how you try to exit (i.e. clicking the "X", going to File -> exit, etc.)?

Yep File > Exit and X both refuse to close - it doesn't give any errors, just does nothing.

OK...that helped. It's very odd, but it helped.

I have what I <i>believe</i> to be a fix in place for the problem. Given that I can't replicate the issue, it's hard for me to know for sure

I'll include the fix in the next update (1.20).
