The Tribble is angry, my friend, very angry.
People are strange when you're a Tribble, faces seem ugly when you're alone.
For two years in a row the Bunny has cheated me out of the NGD Presidency. BOO HISS !!!
It's funny because most folk on the MMO boards are complaining about the Doc. I think he looks pretty cool.
Dito to both of you. I like Doc, but Defender....well....

Yes, "geek girls" are the hotness!!!!!
(I should know, I have been married to one for the last 21 years!)
Doctor Destroyer does look a little Dr. Fate like, but it's not a bad look. Especially with the cape.
Defender, I just don't like it.
Purely as comic-style art I like both character designs. Defender looks quite the square-jawed paragon of virtue. The partly-open helmet has been drawing some criticism for its impracticality (a term which when applied to supers I find rather amusing), but there are plenty of ways to rationalize it. I do think it fits better with the change in his background, that he openly acknowledges his civilian identity - which is reasonable for someone trying to be an inspirational figure.
Dr. Destroyer's new look seems rather like a blend of the esthetics of his high-tech 5E appearance, with those of the grotesque, almost demonic 4E style. To me it's pretty stylish, and probably the most frightening of any Destroyer to date. IMO it also hints at the mystery of Destroyer's return alluded to in his new background (which otherwise hews closely to classic DD). I'll be interested to see what Steve Long does with those hints in Book Of The Destroyer.
I like both. I'm not a fan of the open helm look on Defender because Defender has always had a closed helm, but it looks fine. Love the Doc D, though.
