Tell me Foxbat will be in it

As someone who's been playing Champions since middle school (I'm 30 now) I have to say... if I get to beat up Foxbat in videogame form there's NO WAY I'm not buying this game. No way.

Plus I get to throw down with VIPER? Fantastic.

With a few exceptions, Cryptic hasn't said yet which villains will or won't be in the initial release of the game. I'm sure many people would like to see Foxbat, though.

Unless I've misunderstood stomething (which isn't at all unlikely), this individual is the Big Kahuna himself, Jack Emmert. Between that, the general popularity of the character Steve already mentioned, and the fact that this is, after all, the Champions Universe, I think it's a pretty safe bet that Foxbat will show his screwy head in there someplace.

I'm not sure you're correct here, Bob, but I'm not 100% sure. I believe Foxbat is an employee who is a full-time moderator for the boards. Jack Emmert posts as himself over there. Plus I'm pretty sure he would be too busy with his other responsibilities to be on the forums as much as Foxbat shooting ping pong balls at folks. But I could be incorrect.

They should have you tangle with Foxbat over and over during the course of the game. Every time you meet him he has a yet even more annoying scheme to make you miserable. And then they should leak news that you finally get to capture him during a level 50 quest. Now THERE'S incentive to stick with a game!

I do know that Jack has said (in his "meet the devs" interview") that Foxbat is his favorite CU villain. I don't think we'll have to worry about ol' Freddy being absent from the game.
