From Classic Enemies, it's Dark Seraph:

Remember a few years ago here on the forums when one of its members (Shikarr,
IIRC) posted the "journals" of a character called Firefrost? Well, I've often wonder-
ed what her costume might've looked like, so I sat down and came up with my
idea of what her costume might look like.

    Here she is -- Firefrost:

Yet another pic done with F2011, this is someone Mick Jagger might've had in
mind when he did the song "She Was Hot" (I think that's what it was called) --
the evil Firequeen (done with F2011):

I forget who did the original Animated/Timm-style pic for her, but here's
    Kara Skye:

EDIT: In going back several posts (almost clear back to the beginning),
I found that the original A/T-style pic of Kara (and the one of Star Swan)
    were both done by Legatus.

Since finding out that F2011 doesn't suffer from image distortion like F2010
does, I've gone back and redone some of the pics that I'd originally done
with F2010 to make them even better (and closer to the way that the origin-
    al paper drawings looked).

Here she is, the new and improved Lady Cobalt:

And now, for a little something for the Fantasy Hero crowd (or even Champions
or Horror Hero, for that matter) -- the Manticore:

This is Providence, one of the PCs that was in Villainous Scum's Vibora Bay
campaign years ago, and was the second of three characters that the player
ran during the course of the campaign. He's also the PC whose comment
about not being a flight risk (his character was being charged with murder
at that time) prompted one of the other PCs to remark "What do you mean,
    you're not a flight risk? You've got wings, for God's sake!" ().

My version of Star Swan (I don't remember who did the original Animated/Timm-
    style pic):

This is Thespian, one of the PCs in Villainous Scum's VB campaign. This isn't
the costume that the character wore during the run of the campaign; this was
more of a costume concept that I had after hearing what the character's name
was. The actual costume was a full-body suit with a Kirbyesque, high-tech look
to it (I couldn't find that particular paper pic, so I went with the conceptual
design rather than the actual one when I did this pic). Thespian's player also
ran the character of Captain Incredible during the campaign, and alternated
between the two during its run.

Here's a character suitable for either Champions, Dark Champions, or
Pulp Hero -- the Crimson Fury:

This is the redone pic of Boom-Boom, which was done using F2011 and which
is much closer to the original paper pic than the F2010 version:
