Why is it that a killing attack with a 1d6-5 stun multiple gets a -1 limitation, while if it did no stun, it would have a -3/4 limitation? Shouldn't the decreased stun multiple for killing attacks be limited to -1/2 or -3/4?

The difference between kinky and perverted is as follows:
Kinky is with a feather. Perverted is with the chicken.
I'm not sure where you're getting the idea that "does no STUN" would be a -3/4 Limitation. A quick search of the Powers chapter and the Rules FAQ doesn't turn up any reference to that. Before I answer, I'd like to know where you got that information, in case I'm overlooking something or have somehow allowed a factoid to leak out of my pointed little head. So, if you could, please post a follow-up.
