More Heroes for the next generation.

A while back my 18 year old daughter's D&D group flipped out about 4th edition and decided to give HERO a chance. My daughter's running a steampunk HERO now. Her group saw me GMing my Saturday night game and now I've been asked to run a Champions game for some of the local college kids. I'm rather stunned they want a 50 year old to be their GM.

But wait it gets weirder! My daughter ( again freshman in college) and 3 of her friends are going to be in a supers campaign with my son as the GM. My 11 year old son!! He's a really gifted kid, He's in the magnet school and is probably going to skip a year in math but he is just 11. So we'll see. Interesting to have a GM with a bedtime!

He's really into it. He's made up his storyline, very loose and non rigid.. He's made copies of some of my counters and found images for all the PCs for counters, borrowing some of my battlemats. he's also Planning how to make each character have their bit and time in the spotlight.

Sounds like you have some great kids there.

    Maybe there'll be campaign notes?

If you are in the US midwest you have got to get the crew to go to GENCON and/or Origins. The whole crew would have a blast!!!

I concur with Barton. Though not in the Midwest, I hope to be employed by then and will be eagerly hitting GenCon to hand with my Hero Homees.

This kind of blows my mind.
Eosin- ~ "'Wrong' is a D&Dism ~ 'I do it this way' is a Heroism."

SCUBA Hero- "If you did Turn the Palindromedary, how would you know? "

    Roxanna: I need a margarita.
Niels: I don't think Dwarves make mixed drinks.
Ithan: That's because when Dwarves mix their alcohol, they get fire and explosions!

It would be wonderful. It would be like that scene in that movie that everyone quotes where the one guy says something awesome to the other guy.
