No, Aqua Hero is not a Namor ripoff. I have made an Aqua-Style OS X Hero Logo Icon. It is masked and 128x128 pixels. If anyone would like it, here is the link:

Edited because the boards won't take a sit file and zip won't hold the custom icon.

Very nice. The mask looks a bit rough at full size, but otherwise it's highly Aqua. Bueno!
