I don't know which edition I have, but I thought Mongoose's Conan RPG was well done. It is a variation of d20 which looks OK, but I was more interested in using it for reference material and found it good reading for that.
There were frogs there all right, thousands of them. Their voices beat the night, they boomed and barked and croaked and rattled. They sang to the stars, to the waning moon, to the waving grasses. They bellowed love songs and challenges.

I've played the first edition from lvl 1 to 7.
The changes to the combat system give a nice flavor, however they tend to favor strength over finese.
Over all I think it's quite good.

Otherwise, it provides a lot of Resources for any GM. I understand it uses a variant of the Mutants & Masterminds system.
