How extensive are the notes for converting to 5th Edition?

There are no conversion notes whatsoever. None are needed. Aside from the changes 6E makes to Base Characteristics (e.g., PD/ED instead of DEF), the rules in UBA are exactly the same under either edition.

There seems to be a map missing. The Justice Mansion indicates that the medical wing has a separate map. The only separate map is for the Conference room wing. Is that a typo or did a map get left out? Is there a way to get that map?

Yes, I was wondering this as well. Will the Ultimate Base be in the Online Store this weekend, and will it receive the 25% off discount Hero Games is giving the rest of their products? I'm planning on buying a lot of books in this sale, and I'd love it if the Ultimate Base is available when I make the order this weekend.

See this week's news update for the latest on its arrival. Regardless of when we get it, the sale, as also stated in the announcement, is for 5th Edition products only. It doesn't cover 6E or anything published since 6E came out.

Yes, that's pretty much the entire point of the Kingdom Rules; my playtest group was gang-wars in Hudson City, players vs each other.

PDF is in the Online Store now, according to Steve's front page post the book should arrive at the warehouse this week, then off to distributors. Given holiday shipping... I say soonish.

Any idea when the local game shops are going to see this? Even online distributors are still talking about pre-orders instead of it being in stock.

Someone is not telling you the truth. We've had the book in stock for weeks now and it's been shipped to all the major distributors. Anyone who has any questions about its availability is welcome to contact us directly.
