Buy the Advanced Players Guide, which has the relevant stats for increased size templates up to 'cloudcutting' (about 1km tall!) and shrinking down to 1 nanometre (!).

Alternatively you can work out the progression yourself, but the APG has lots of other yummy goodness and I'd recommend it.

I definitely second this suggestion. Lots of submicroscopic detail and pure yummy goodness.

EDIT: You should know that the APG is now (at least temporarily) out of print, so you'd either have to get the pdf or get it at a store.
That's how popular it is.
