I've found that doing a screen capture while in the costume creator, whether a hero's or a Nemesis', makes a rather nice-looking wallpaper (or at least a good start at one). Red Streak's Nemesis, Master Disaster, demonstrates:

Yeah, I've had loads of fun making wallpapers that way. Nowadays, I make my own, with action poses and some GIMP magic.
