Hero Designer Contract

Hello!

I recently found a need to reinstall Hero Deisnger. When I try to download the updates, I am told my contract expired in 2008. I had renewed my contract in August, 2009. I realize this contract expired in August of this year; however, I thought I would still have access to updates published before this date.

Can anyone help me out here?

Same thing happened to me I PMed Jason yesterday no reply as of yet ,but then a lot of stuff is on their plate right now

Same thing happened to me, also. It seems to have taken the expiration time of my first contract.

About the site, Jason stated in another thread that Dan is on vacation at this time. So it may be a bit before it can be fixed.

I'm in the same boat. I sent an email about this like a month ago and never got a response. I renewed my contract August 2009 but it has me with an expiration date of August 2008 (my previous contract expiration date).
