    I've adapted the 16 speed grid above into a 12 speed
    Will combat still start on Segment 12? If that is the case, any character with SPD 1 won't get an action in the first turn. Looking at the current speed chart for 6E, I guess that is the way it works now anyways, so maybe it's not an issue?
    My favorite game console is a table and chairs.

    If the people who think their is not enough difference in speed to move to speed 60 and the "round" is 60 seconds long?

    Speed costs 2 each up to 60 speed.

    Endurance costs the same with a mid recovery at the end of 12 seconds.

    Normal speed table is just repeated for each 5 times (so a speed 2 is actually speed 10, speed 3 is 15 etc).

    So people could stick to the 5, 10, 15,20 speed total or make a 8 speed person who is in between the 5 and 10.

    Very little change in the rest of the game (but I have not though it through that much ).

    I will let someone else try to do a 60 speed chart as it will be a big problem to get it ballanced so everyone is happy .

    This could definitely help to give more granularity. Only tracking it on a sheet of paper could be problematic, but it doesn't runs into endurance/recovery problems (as 16 SPD chart does).
