    I agree completley. The D20 was very good for the game industry overall, but not great for WotC when they switched editions (being outsold by your previous system being published by another company is embarrassing).

    So we get easy to release supplements for our favorite game system. Hero gets extra fan support for us enjoying that, and greater visibility, then when DOJ/Hero comes back we are ready for it.
    You know how you play with a cat by dangling a peice of sting within his grasp, and then pull it away as he grabs for it? If the string isn't exciting and tempting the cat won't grab. But if you pull away early too many times and deny him too often, the cat gives up in frustration. The skill is in finding the sweet spot between those extremes where its fun for you and the cat.

    That's what a GM's job is.

    Edit: The Hero Games Submissions And Writers' Guidelines. For those who are interested.

    Might I suggest an individual menu item under Hero Resources that links the agreements and writers' guidelines?

    The licenses have a menu entry but the guidelines aren't included.
