    Telescopic Sense Modifier has wrong display value

    Telescopic is currently displaying as (+1 versus Range Modifier) at 1pt/Sense or 3pt/Sense Group.

    However by 6e1p214 it should be: (+2 PER) at 1pt/Sense or 3pt/Sense Group.
