HD installer Can't be downloaded???

Hi,
I have just purchased the Hero Designer and would love to use it, but when I click on the installer link and attempt to download the file; I get an error message that says "File cannot be downloaded." Is this happening for anyone else?

Downloads are working just fine (no changes at all in quite some time on that process) -- you'll want to look at your system to determine what may be preventing you from downloading the application (e.g. not clicking on the approve button in your browser if prompted, "security" software that is preventing the download of a .jar file, etc.).

Thanks for the help HD installed on both Laptop and Desktop. Had to download the file with my laptop and put it on a flash drive to transfer to my desktop. Both are running fine and updated!!
