Alternate SPD tables

Is there any provision in HD for using variant (6-, 15- or 20-segment) SPD charts? HD would not need to generate the charts. I'm just wondering if there's a place to enter the data.

No, I don't think so.

If you just want an alternate (static) chart to display on a character, then you'd enter it in a custom export format. If you want that chart to be populated based on the character's SPD value, then you'll need to use the appropriate export tags (and potentially use a custom rules template to limit the SPD that the character can purchase).
